Description Located in a private Domaine just five kilometres from bustling Marrakech, this is a beautiful villa that has been furnished to a particularly high standard offering deluxe accommodation with hotel style service. The large dining room and lounge open onto the garden via French doors, approximately 6000m² of space given over to palms and exotic plants. Ample lawn space with terraces and fountains. There is a traditional Moroccan Kaidal tent in the garden for atmospheric night time dining. The property is naturally fully staffed for client comfort; breakfast, lunch and dinner may be included for a reasonable supplement. The Palmeraie is located on the plains to the north east of Marrakech, some five kilometres distant, with the breathtaking Atlas Mountains to the south east of Marrakech providing a stunning backdrop. It offers a welcome respite from the bustling city but is still within easy reach of the old city Medina with it' s magical Jemaa el Fna square (famous for musicians, snake charmers and food tents), the Souks, Kasbah and the landmark 12th century Katoubia Mosque. Following an active days sightseeing either on foot or by caleche (horse drawn carriage), this palm tree filled area of private villas represent a relative oasis of peace - a secret already shared by the rich and famous, including Jean-Paul Gaultier & Paul McCartney who both own property here. Clients may choose to take advantage of the 4x4 vehicle for hire and visit the Atlas Mountains; Essaouira with white sandy beaches, fishing port and colourful houses or any of the locations listed above. |
