Description Morocco luxury villa - The villa is situated in the residential Domain Jnan - Zeitoun (The Old Olive Garden) an ancient olive grove over 100 years old. This enclosed and secure complex spans 14 hectares in total with neighbouring villas thus creating a communal family type atmosphere - perfect for families or a group of friends. The villa is spacious (270m²) with tiled floors, an atrium with typical Moroccan lantern, fabrics in rich jewel colours and handmade Moroccan furniture thus creating an atmospheric feel yet with the modern comforts of everyday living. Pretty garden with lots of flowering shrubs, tropical plants, palms and lawn. Covered terraces and terracing by the swimming pool for outside dining. The property is staffed for client comfort; breakfast, lunch and dinner may be included for a reasonable supplement. The Domain boasts a tennis court, Volleyball, Petanque, Golf Practice Area, Fitness Suite, Massage, Beauty Treatments and Hammam. Jnan - Zeitoun is located to the north east of Marrakech, some 9 kms distant, with the breathtaking Atlas Mountains to the south east of Marrakech providing a stunning backdrop. It offers a welcome respite from the bustling city but is still within easy reach of the old city Medina with it' s magical Jemaa el Fna square (famous for musicians, snake charmers and food tents), the Souks, Kasbah and the landmark 12th century Katoubia Mosque. There are 24 other villas on the complex. Communal facilities within a few minutes walk: Tennis court Fitness Centre, Beauty & Massage room, Hammam (extra costs). Please note that the maid will reside in their own room alongside the kitchen (unobtrusively to clients) and be on hand for client requests. The maid and cook will expect to be tipped at the end of your stay - approx 100 euros each. Extras: Internet, beauty treatments, hamman, massage, fitness suite. Babysitting. Some villas have solar heated pools (no charge), some have gas heated pools that are chargeable (approx 50 euros a day). Meals available on a B&B basis, lunch and dinner, full board or all inclusive are available. The room configuration and design are the same thoughout the properties, however decor will vary and the photographs shown on this page of interior decor, furnishings and so on should be taken as indicative of the standard expected but not necessarily the same colours and so on. One or more of the properties may be rented alongside each other, thus ideal for one or more families or a group of friends. Kitchens although available for storing snacks and drinks, are not available for clients own cooking. One of the meal options should be chosen if eating at the property, see 'extras'. The villa has neighbouring properties therefore privacy is not total, some gardens and pools may be overlooked. From each villa is a communal pathway leading to Fitness & Health suite and tennis courts. Please note a road runs adjacent to the villas (behind the wall and security gate that surrounds the complex), however some road noise is inevitable. A Guardian lives on site in separate accommodation with own external entrance plus access from kitchen. |
