Holiday home in Morocco - Located in the private Domaine El Majal and a short distance from Marrakech, this spacious villa sits in 8000m² of private terrain. Generously sized rooms with a large living area that leads onto one of the numerous terraces and wonderful views of the Atlas Mountains.  Extensive grounds and a large heated swimming pool make this property an ideal escape for a truly relaxing holiday. The property is naturally fully staffed for client comfort.

The Palmeraie is located on the plains to the north east of Marrakech (the city is some 3 miles distant), with the breathtaking Atlas Mountains to the south east of Marrakech providing a stunning backdrop. It offers a welcome respite from the bustling city but is still within easy reach of the old city Medina with its magical Jemaa el Fna square (famous for musicians, snake charmers and food tents), the Souks, Kasbah and the landmark 12th century Katoubia Mosque. Following an active day's sightseeing either on foot or by caleche (horse drawn carriage), this luxurious roomy villa represents a true oasis of peace.

Attractions within daytrip driving distance: Dades Valley, Toubkal National Park (hiking & climbing), Dunes of Merzouga, High Atlas Mountains.

Extras: Baby Sitter €50 per day. Private driver €50 per day (not including car). Local tourist tax (currently €2 per person per night). Massage treatments.
Return airport transfers as follows:
4 or 6 people = €30
For 7 or 10 people = €60
For 11 or 14 people = €80

This villa has live-in staff who are unobtrusive and on hand for client requests.  It offers hotel style service with all meals prepared in the kitchen by the staff at a reasonable cost payable locally (prices range from 7€ per head for breakfast, 15€ per head for lunch and 20€ per head for an evening meal. Half board 22€.  Full board 33€.  All inclusive 39€ which includes drinks but not alcohol. 50% reduction on these amounts for children under 12.
Clients may not use the kitchen.
