Located in a private domaine just three miles from the centre of bustling Marrakech, this is a beautiful villa that has been furnished to a particularly high standard, offering deluxe accommodation with hotel-style service. The large dining room and lounge open via French doors onto the garden, where approximately 6000m² of land is given over to palms and exotic plants. The lawns are more than ample, and of course there are terraces and fountains.  Naturally, the villa is fully staffed for client comfort.

The Palmeraie district is located on the plains just to the north-east of the centre of Marrakech, with the breathtaking Atlas Mountains to the south east of Marrakech providing a stunning backdrop. It offers a welcome respite from the bustling city but is still within easy reach of the old city Medina with its magical Jemaa el Fna square (famous for musicians, snake charmers and food tents), the Souks, the Kasbah and the landmark 12th century Katoubia Mosque. Following an active day's sightseeing either on foot or by caleche (horse-drawn carriage), this palm tree filled district of private villas is an oasis of peace - a secret already shared by the rich and famous, including Jean-Paul Gaultier & Paul McCartney, who both own property here.

Clients may choose to take advantage of the 4x4 vehicle for hire and visit the Atlas Mountains, Essaouira with its white sandy beaches and fishing port, or any of the numerous other fascinating locations listed here.

Attractions within daytrip driving distance: Dades Valley, Toubkal National Park (hiking & climbing), Dunes of Merzouga, High Atlas Mountains.

Return airport transfers as follows:
4 or 6 people = €30
For 7 or 10 people = €60
For 11 or 14 people = €80

This villa has live-in staff who are unobtrusive and on hand for client requests.  It offers hotel style service with all meals prepared in the kitchen by the staff at a reasonable cost payable locally (prices range from 7€ per head for breakfast, 15€ per head for lunch and 20€ per head for an evening meal. Half board 22€.  Full board 33€.  All inclusive 39€ which includes drinks but not alcohol. 50% reduction on these amounts for children under 12. 
Clients may not use the kitchen.
