Morocco luxury villa - The villa is situated in a residential domaine known as The Old Olive Garden; an ancient olive grove over 100 years old. This enclosed and secure complex spans 14 hectares in total with neighbouring villas thus creating a communal atmosphere, perfect for families.

The villa is spacious with tiled floors, an atrium with typical Moroccan lantern, fabrics in rich jewel colours and handmade Moroccan furniture, thus creating an atmospheric feel yet with the modern comforts of everyday living. The property is staffed for client comfort. The Domain boasts a tennis court, Volleyball, Petanque, Golf Practice Area, Fitness Suite, Massage, Beauty Treatments and Hammam.

Jnan - Zeitoun is located to the north east of Marrakech, some 9 kms distant, with the breathtaking Atlas Mountains to the south east of Marrakech providing a stunning backdrop. It offers a welcome respite from the bustling city but is still within easy reach of the old city Medina with it' s magical Jemaa el Fna square (famous for musicians, snake charmers and food tents), the Souks, Kasbah and the landmark 12th century Katoubia Mosque.

Grounds:
Garden with lots of flowering shrubs, tropical plants including cactuses, palms and lawn. Covered terraces for outdoor dining and terracing by the swimming pool. The villa has neighbouring properties therefore privacy is not total; some gardens and pools may be overlooked. From each villa is a communal pathway leading to a Fitness & Health suite and tennis courts.
A road runs adjacent to the villas, behind the wall and security gate that surrounds the complex, however some road noise is inevitable.
A Guardian lives on site in accommodation with own external entrance plus access from kitchen.

Please note: Dar Azrou is part of a complex of 24 identical villa properties. The room configuration and design are the same thoughout the properties, however decor will vary and the photographs shown on this page are an example of interior decor and furnishings and should be taken as indicative of the standard expected but not necessarily the style and colour scheme. One or more of the properties may be rented alongside each other, thus ideal for one or more families or a group of friends.

Services

Included: Return airport transfers. Services of maid, cook, gardener & pool man. The maid will reside in their own room alongside the kitchen - see below. 
Extras: Meals - see below. Internet. Beauty treatments, hamman, massage, fitness suite. Babysitting. Pool heating €30 per day. Moroccan tourist taxes (approx 1 euro per person, per night).

All properties in Marrakesh have live-in staff who are unobtrusive and on hand for client requests.
All villas offers hotel style service with all meals prepared in the kitchen by the staff at a reasonable cost payable locally (prices range from €6 per head for breakfast, €14 - 18 for lunch and up to €25 per head for an evening meal with a 50% reduction for children under 12.  These prices do not include drinks). Clients may not use the kitchen.
The maid and cook will expect to be tipped at the end of your stay - approx €100 each.
