Marrakech villa to rent with air conditioning - this is an attractive villa with spacious living areas and extensive grounds is located in the countryside just ten miles south of Marrakech. Villa Barek is conveniently positioned for day trips to the city and for easy access to several nearby golf courses. From the grounds there are excellent views of the Atlas mountains: you can take day trips to explore this breathtaking location, and there are some notable restaurants in the mountains too.
The villa itself is arranged over one level, with all rooms leading off from the main atrium. The living areas are generous and include a Moroccan-style living room with all-round seating for twelve. Bedrooms have Moroccan-style ensuite bathrooms: some rooms enjoy good views towards the Atlas Mountains and over the south-facing pool area. There is of course a roof terrace, which also offers views over the mountains.
Villa Barek is fully air-conditioned, and for your maximum comfort the swimming pool can be heated up to 24 degrees. There is a hammam, pool house with bar and BBQ. As a particular bonus, this villa is staffed: the full-time housekeeper (who resides within the grounds) will prepare meals for you, organise grocery shopping or make restaurant reservations as you wish. Other staff carry out pool cleaning and gardening at various times and generally take care of guests as required. Daily maid service is also included, so everyone can completely relax and enjoy the holiday to the fullest.
