Quality Villas are ABTA members (W3175). As a regulatory body, ABTA maintains a strict Code of Conduct that its members have to abide by. ABTA companies agree to be bound by the Code which governs the relationship between you and our company and also the company’s relationship with ABTA. The Code aims to ensure that you receive the best possible service from your ABTA Travel Agent and Tour Operator from before you book your travel arrangements, through the booking process and the after-sales service and information you get, to the way they handle any complaint you may have. BOND PLUS - FINANCIAL PROTECTION FOR YOU For your financial protection, all deposits and balances paid by our clients to ourselves are protected through Bond Plus insurance in the unlikely event of our insolvency. A certificate detailing this insurance is available on request. Please be aware that just by booking though a company that is an ABTA member does not gaurantee it has a bond in place to protect your monies.
